Refund Policy

At MasterClass Online, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns about your membership or gift subscription, please review our refund policy below.

1. Membership

MasterClass Online offers a monthly membership that provides unlimited access to all 100+ instructors across 11 categories. This membership is an auto-renewing subscription product designed to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to MasterClass Online. Here’s how it works:

  • Your account will be charged for renewals using the payment method you provided during the initial sign-up.
  • If you received an annual membership as a gift or accepted a Guest Pass to try annual membership, your account will be charged after the gift subscription or Guest Pass period ends.

1.1 Cancellation and Refunds

You have the option to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time by adjusting the settings in your account. If you find that you were charged unexpectedly or no longer wish to continue with your annual membership, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  • If you started your membership within the last 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please submit a request to our Support Team to determine your eligibility.

2. Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are pre-purchases of a subscription to a MasterClass Online annual membership. They are issued by, and represent a legal obligation solely of, Ecommerce Media Aps. If you have purchased a gift subscription and have questions about refunds, please read the following:

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • If your gift subscription was purchased within the last 30 days and has not yet been redeemed for a subscription, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund for an unredeemed gift subscription, please send us an email to support@masterclasslearning.co.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the Service within the first 30 days of your purchase and have completed 5% or less of the course material, we will refund the full amount of your purchase and terminate your access to the Service. Refund requests are not valid for customers 30 days post-purchase or for accounts that have breached the Terms of Service; such breaches are determined at our sole discretion. Should we determine any misuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny or restrict any current or future use of the Service, without a refund. To inquire about the 30-day satisfaction guarantee or to request a refund, please contact our Support Team.
